AEWIN’s Fanless Network Appliance, SCB-6915, and the 1U Network Appliance, SCB-7911, are refreshed to support Intel latest Atom x7000C Series Processors codenamed Amston Lake. It empowers both platforms with enhanced performance and real-time optimizations, making them ideal for edge computing and cybersecurity.

The SCB-6915 and SCB-7911 are designed to meet the demands of modern network environments with their compact form factor and extensive I/O capabilities. Both models feature up to 5x 1GbE ports, with options for 2.5GbE connectivity, along with SFP, USB 3.0, and multiple storage solutions, including eMMC, SATA, and mSATA. The SCB-6915 is built with M.2 slot supporting Wi-Fi, 5G modules with dual SIMs slots, or NVMe storage, while the SCB-7911 offers a PCIe slot for various kinds of NIC modules, enabling tailored connectivity solutions for uCPE, firewall, and more.

Intel’s Amston Lake processors enable higher HFM, providing over 2.0 GHz which brings enhance performance and efficiency for compute intensive workload. The models also support Atom x7000E, Alder Lake N, which allows customers to choose appropriate processor per their needs, balancing performance and energy efficiency. Both processors have AVX2/VNNI (Vector Neural Network Instructions) to enhance AI inference capabilities, making these appliances suitable for advanced AI-driven tasks.

Regarding security, these appliances are with Intel AES-NI for accelerated cryptography and offer an optional TPM for secure data and identity protection. Featuring sufficient I/O, scalability, and reliable hardware security in a compact box, they are perfect for diverse edge deployments where space is limited. Furthermore, SCB-6915 is ideal for silence environments uses with its optional fanless design.
