RMA Service
All AEWIN products come standard with a 2-year warranty (starting from the date of shipment) unless there is other agreement. Valid warranty claims cover labor & parts used in either repairing or replacing defective products manufactured and distributed by AEWIN.
Exclusions From Warranty
- The product is found to be defective after the warranty period has expired
- The product is no longer required or needed by the owner
- The product has been misplaced or stolen
- Product is damaged beyond repair due to nature disasters, for example, lighting strike, flood, earthquake, etc.
- Product is damaged due to mishandling, improper or unsafe installation, replacement or alteration of the components or chassis, unauthorized repairs, and deliberate or accidental harm
AEWIN will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages to the product that has been modified or altered. Unless otherwise instructed, the user may not, under any circumstances, attempt to perform service, adjustments or repairs on the product, whether in or out of warranty. It must be returned to the factory or authorized service agency for all such work.
