AEWIN Performant General Purpose Server, BIS-5132-2U, Powered by Single Intel Xeon 6 Processor
AEWIN is excited to announce the BIS-5132, a powerful and flexible 2U general-purpose server powered by Intel’s latest Xeon 6 processors built upon Intel 3. Equipped with a single Intel Xeon 6700/6500-series processor which provides up to 144 E-cores or 86 P-cores, the BIS-5132 delivers high compute density for demanding workloads. The system also offers 12 x 3.5″ drive bays and up to 8 PCIe expansion slots for exceptional scalability for diverse applications.
The BIS-5132 features 8x DDR5 RDIMM up to 6400MT/s for both Intel Granite Rapids-SP and Sierra Forest-SP processors. Leveraging the rich I/O of 136 PCIe Gen5 lanes from Intel Granite Rapids-SP RIS, the system provides 8x PCIe expansion slots compatible with AEWIN NICs, off-the-shelf PCIe cards, accelerators, and NVMe SSDs for high throughput and multi-function deployment.
Built with single socket design, the BIS-5132 supports CPUs with TDP 350W for extreme performance and excellent scalability. The mainboard integrates dual M.2 2280/22110 NVMe SSD slots (x2/x4) for boot storage, along with two 2.5” trays for high-speed, hot-swappable U.2 NVMe SSDs. The system also supports CXL 2.0 add-on cards for efficient communication across CPU, GPU, and FPGA accelerators to achieve excellent performance and low latency with shared memory resources.
The BIS-5132 integrates comprehensive connectivity with rear USB 3.1 ports, two internal USB 3.1 headers, and four reserved SATA 3.0 ports. Networking is enabled by the Intel E610 controller with dual 10GbE RJ45 ports and a 1GbE management port powered by the AST2600 BMC. Despite its rich I/O and expansion capabilities, the BIS-5132 maintains a compact 670 mm chassis depth, making it suitable for a wide range of deployment scenarios.
