AEWIN is proud to announce the Fanless Network Appliance, SCB-6915, and the 1U Network Appliance, SCB-7911, are now supporting Intel latest Atom x7000RE/ x7000C Series Processors codenamed Amston Lake. Customers are free to select suitable processor among Intel Amston Lake and Intel Alder Lake Processors with up to 8 Gracemount cores to build diverse networking solutions with excellent energy efficiency and the best TCO.

SCB-6915 and SCB-7911 are designed with ultra-compact size while embedded with sufficient I/O. Both models have up to 5x 1GbE ports with 1 pair of Gen3 Bypass (optional 1x 2.5GbE port), 1x SFP, 2x USB 3.0, and multiple storage support including 1x eMMC, 1x SATA3 2.5” SSD/HDD, and 1x mSATA. SCB-6915 has 1x M.2 slot for multiple options including 4G/5G module, Wi-Fi module, or NVMe storage device while SCB-7911 has one PCIe slots for NIC modules which is flexible for various kinds of connectivity or functions per customer request.

With Intel Atom x7000RE Series processors, Intel TCC (Intel Time Coordinated Computing) and IEEE TSN enhancements enable real-time optimization for time critical use cases. Along with the support of AVX2 VNNI (AVX2 Vector Neural Network Instructions), better AI inference performance can be achieved. With Intel Atom x7000C which is target for efficient communication, higher frequency mode is available for compute intensive workload.

Regarding security support, they have Intel AES-NI for crypto acceleration and optional TPM for protected data/keys/identity. There are many hardware-based secure technologies for system reliability including Intel TEE (Trusted Execution Environment) for sensitive data protection, and Intel OS Guard plus Intel Boot Guard for platform integrity.

Featuring rich I/O, scalability, and reliable hardware security in a compact box, SCB-7911 and SCB-6915 are suitable for diverse applications such as uCPE, firewall, cybersecurity, and more. And SCB-6915 is not only perfect for edge deployment where space is limited, but also ideal for silence environments uses with its optional fanless design.
