AEWIN is proud to announce the latest Edge Computing Server powered by dual Intel® 3rd generation Xeon Scalable Processors (Ice Lake-SP), SCB-1932C. It is designed for edge AI, 5G vRAN, MEC, and AIoT with the features of 4x expansion slots for add-on cards (full range of AEWIN Network Expansion Modules from 1 to 100 per port, NVMe module, accelerator card, etc.) plus 2x dual width PCIe slots for full height/ full length GPU cards and outstanding space utilization.

While the SCB-1932C is a 2U server with 2x sockets for Ice Lake-SP, it is only 600mm in depth, just 3/4 of traditional designs. The short depth and front-access designs make it a perfect edge server which can be comfortably fit into the diverse location. Without compromising the performance and the expandability, the SCB-1932C is with increased Core Count up to 40 cores per socket (total 80 cores), 8x 3200MHz memory channels per CPU (total 16x channels), and the support of Intel® Optane 200 Series Memory (Barlow Pass). Along with the dual width PCIe Gen4 slots for FHFL GPU accelerators and four PCIe Gen4 slots for extra functions with AEWIN modules, SCB-1932C provides rich I/O of onboard M.2 slot for 5G, Mini PCI Express for WIFI, and more.

Additionally, SCB-1932C’s platform security has also been enhanced. Together with SGX already introduced in previous platforms, TME (Total Memory Encryption, Crypto Acceleration, and Intel® PFR (Platform Firmware Resilience) technologies are available to help harden the platform against malicious actions. To discover more, please don’t hesitate to speak to AEWIN’s friendly sales team and we are more than welcome to help you and your customers to accomplish reliable applications with SCB-1932C.
