SCB-1921 is a powerful machine ready for MEC and NFVI workloads
Powered by 2x Intel Xeon 2nd Generation Scalable Processors, SCB-1921 is a powerful machine ready for MEC and NFVI workloads.
The SCB-1921 is a 2U rack-mount high-performance system, capable of supporting up to 2x 28core processors and up to 768TB of memory for monstrous processing power. It supports up to 4x NIC modules plus 2x front facing standard PCIe x16 slots, as well as an extra PCIe x8 slot for additional function. The whole range of AEWIN’s NIC modules are supported, from 1 GbE all the way up to 100 GbE connections. SCB-1921 can be used in wide variety of use cases, including GPU accelerated computing. It is well suited for tasks where many network IOs are needed, such as part of NFVI platform or hosting the vRAN in a 5G network.
AEWIN has a long running partnership with AMD that started in 2011 and have a full range of devices powered by the innovative Zen architectures.

AMD’s recent advancement in core design of the Zen 2 architecture makes it an interesting alternative. Chiplets and IO die design manufactured on the power efficient 7nm process. It is a revelation on CPU die design. This has allowed AMD to put up to 64 cores on a single processor package while keeping the TDP manageable.
Right sizing the server for your network needs
Right sizing the server for your network needs. Featuring Intel® Xeon® D-2100 processors, the SCB-1830 is designed for multifaceted edge applications. From IoT, data analytics, 5G vRAN, to more traditional cloud workloads placed closer to the user for real time responses.
The short 1U 450mm deep chassis will fit into a wide variety of often non-ideal deployment locations and racks. Equipped with 10x 1GbE and 4x 10GbE SFP+, plus 2 additional NIC module, it will meet a diverse range of connectivity requirements. Additional expansion slots can be used with QAT encryption cards or GPUs to enable accelerated computing.
The latest AMD Zen 2 based processors packs in up to 12 cores
The latest AMD Zen 2 based processors packs in up to 12 cores, while keeping the TDP low at 65watts with its innovative 7nm microarchitecture. These processors, with its chiplets and IO die design, can help reduce the cost of the processors by increasing yield with smaller dies. The SCB-1721 is an affordable way to deploy high core-count in a space constrained location. Equipped with a PCIe x8 slot, it can support QAT encryption card as well as GPU for accelerated computing. It offers an expansive amount of networking port for high connectivity with 8x 1GbE (2 pairs BYPASS), 4x 1GbE SFP, and up to 4x 10GbE SFP+.
