SCB-1931 是一款 1U 机架式硬体网路系统。支援 Intel® Whitley/Ice Lake-SP 的高效能处理器 Xeon® 可扩展系列和 Intel® C621A PCH（代号 Lewisburg）。这一代平台提供更高的性能和最多 40 颗 CPU 核心。SCB-1931 支援 8 通道 DDR4 RDIMM/LRDIMM（最高可达 3200 MHz）和 Intel Optane PMem，最大容量可达 3TB。每颗 CPU 有 64 条 PCI Express 通道，SCB-1931 可以支援最多 4 个网路扩展模组。提供多种不同的以太网模组以便灵活的端口配置，例如 1/10/40/100 Gigabit 光纤和 Gigabit 铜纤，并可选择是否具备 BYPASS 功能。

SCB-1931 的强大 I/O 元件包括两个管理埠（其中一个用于管理，另一个用于选项 IPMI 功能）、一个控制台埠、USB 埠、以及用于电源/HDD/2x GPIO 的 LED 灯。此外，SCB-1931 还支持一个 2.5 吋 SATA HDD/SSD 和板载的 Compact Flash™/m-SATA/miniPCI-E、M.2 插槽，用于网络存储应用。
