SCB-1946是一款2U機架式網路設備，支援雙AMD EPYC 9005/9004系列處理器（都靈/貝加莫/熱那亞），具備突破性的計算性能。每個都靈Zen5處理器的CPU核心數增加至128個核心。

SCB-1946 支援 16x 通道 DDR5 RDIMM（最高 6000 MHz）和 16x PCIe Gen5 x8 用於網路擴展模組。提供多種不同的以太網模組以便靈活的端口配置，例如 1/10/40/100/200 Gigabit 光纖和 Gigabit 銅纖維，並可選擇是否具備 BYPASS 功能。擴展槽靈活支援 2x 2.5” U.2 NVMe SSD 托架，以及 GPU/FPGA 附加卡托架。SCB-1946C 是一款理想的邊緣計算和 AI 工作負載伺服器。
