SCB-1947 是一款 2U 機架式網路設備，支援單顆 AMD EPYC 8004 系列 Siena 處理器，具備突破性的計算性能。每顆 EPYC 8004 處理器的 CPU 核心數增加至 64 顆。

SCB-1947 支援 12 個 DDR5 RDIMM 插槽（最高 4800 MHz）和 8 個 PCIe Gen5 x8 插槽，用於網絡擴展模組。提供多種不同的以太網模組，以便靈活配置端口，例如 1/10/40/100 Gigabit 光纖和 Gigabit 銅纜/光纖，並可選擇是否具備 BYPASS 功能。擴展槽可靈活支援其他雙槽或單槽的現成 PCIe 卡，例如 Mellanox PCIe 5.0 400G NIC 用於網絡或 GPU/FPGA 用於邊緣和 AI 工作負載。
