SCB-1736 是一款 1U 機架式硬體網路系統。支援 Intel® Comet Lake-S (第 10 代和第 11 代 Core) 處理器，搭配 Intel® W480E PCH。
SCB-1736 支援 4x DDR4 UDIMM（最高可達 2933 MHz），最大記憶體容量為 128GB。SCB-1736 可以支援 2x NIC 模組，這些模組可以支援多個以太網模組插槽，以便靈活的端口配置，例如 1/10/40/100 Gigabit 光纖，具備或不具備 BYPASS 功能的 Gigabit 銅纖。它提供了靈活性以滿足客戶的需求。
SCB-1736 的強大 IO 元件包括兩個管理以太網端口（其中一個用於管理，另一個用於選項 IPMI 功能）、一個控制台端口、USB 端口、電源/HDD/2 x GPO 的 LED 燈。此外，SCB-1736 還支持 4x SATA III 和 1x mSATA 用於網絡存儲應用。
