The SCB-1947 is a 2U Rack-Mount Network Appliance supporting Single AMD EPYC 8004 Series, Siena Processor, with breakthrough computing performance. It is with increased CPU cores up to 64 cores per EPYC 8004 processor. The SCB-1947 supports 12 x slots DDR5 RDIMM (up to 4800 MHz) and 8x PCIe Gen5 x8 slots for Network Expansion Module. Multiple different ethernet modules are available for flexible port configuration, such as 1/10/40/100 Gigabit fiber and Gigabit Copper/Fiber with or without BYPASS function. The expansion bay can flexibly support other PCIe tray of dual-slot or single-slot off-the-shelf PCIe card such as Mellanox PCIe 5.0 400G NIC for Networking or GPU/FPGA for Edge and AI workloads. The strong IO elements of SCB-1947 include 2x management port (one for management, another for onboard BMC/IPMI function), a console port, 2x USB, and LEDs for power/HDD/2x GPIO. In addition, the SCB-1947 also supports 2x U.2 NVMe SSD or 2x 2.5” SATA HDDs/SSDs hot-swappable trays, onboard 1x mSATA, 1x miniPCIe, and 2x M.2 slots for network storage application.
